Kristy Wiernasz  |  Chief Executive Officer
 
Kristy started with PCC in 2002 as a Retirement Plan Administrator.  During her tenure, she has become a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries, earning the Qualified 401(k) Administrator, Qualified Pension Administrator, and Certified Pension Consultant designations.  Kristy took over as President in 2014 and has been doing everything in her power to stay out of the way of PCC’s amazingly smart and talented team ever since.  A graduate of Marquette University with a Bachelor’s of Science majoring in Finance and Economics, Kristy truly enjoys helping other business owners design, implement, and maintain their qualified retirement plans.  Working in an environment that demands perfection and requires continuous learning is what keeps her coming back for more.
 
Jake Dumke  |  Chief Operating Officer
 
Jake has been with PCC since 2004 and works directly with other business owners and their investment professionals to design, implement, and maintain qualified retirement plans.  Jake is a firm believer in a proactive approach to plan design and prides himself on providing the best customer service experience possible.  A graduate of St. Norbert College, Jake has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  He is also a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), holding both a Qualified 401(k) Administrator and a Qualified Pension Administrator designation.  Jake is enrolled to practice and represent clients before the IRS with respect to Form 5500s as a retirement plan agent (ERPA).
 
Ebony Wilson  |  Retirement Plan Administrator

Ebony joined PCC as a Retirement Plan Administrator in 2022.  Ebony brings over 8 years of experience in the financial services industry; the last two as a dedicated Retirement Plan Administrator.  A graduate of Jackson State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration, Ebony discovered a passion for working in retirement plan administration and has been committed to the industry ever since. As someone who never ceases to learn, Ebony finds immense joy in expanding her knowledge as she continues to grow in her career and building relationships with clients. In addition to holding the Retirement Plan Fundamentals Certificate from ASPPA, Ebony is also a credentialed member of the National Institute of Pension Administrators (NIPA), holding the Accredited 401(k) Specialist (AKS) and Accredited Pension Administrator (APA) designation. She is extremely excited to be a part of the PCC team and looks forward to contributing to the company’s success.
 
Matthew Farley  |  Retirement Plan Administrator

Matthew joined PCC as a Retirement Plan Administrator in 2020.  He has over six years of experience focusing on defined contribution plan administration for plans ranging in size from one participant to over 100,000 participants. Matthew particularly enjoys the combination of both technical work and personal relationship building that retirement administration affords. Always one to offer his time and talents to help others, Matthew’s teammates often lean on him for assistance. A graduate of Iowa State University, Matthew holds a Bachelor’s Degree in both Mathematics and Economics. He is also a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), holding the Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation.
Jennifer McFadden  |  Retirement Plan Administrator

Jennifer joined PCC as a Retirement Plan Administrator in 2019. After having worked as a Plan Administrator for 17 years, Jen took a brief career detour into the banking industry, but her heart called her back to retirement plan administration. Jen is committed to working as a partner to her clients as they navigate through the complexities of retirement benefit offerings. A graduate of State University of New York at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Arts degree, Jen also holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
 
Norma Robertson  |  Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

Norma joined PCC as a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator in 2015.  With more than 14 years working as a retirement plan administrator, Norma’s experience consists of performing all aspects of plan administration, including contribution calculations, non-discrimination testing, preparing government filings, processing distributions, and trust accounting.  A graduate of the University of Washington, Norma has a Bachelor’s Degree in Geography.  She is also a credentialed member of the National Institute of Pension Administration (NIPA), holding the Accredited Pension Administrator designation. 
 
Melissa Schad  |  Senior Retirement Plan Administrator

Melissa joined PCC as a Senior Retirement Plan Administrator in 2019. Melissa has over 15 years of prior plan administration experience, along with a diverse background providing tax, estate, payroll, and audit services. Having worked as both a dedicated plan administrator and an implementation specialist for new plans, Melissa offers a broad range of experience to her clients and thrives on personal connections with them. A graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology (affiliate of Pennsylvania State University) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Melissa also holds the Qualified 401(k) Administrator designation from the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA).
 
Matt Seidl  |  Senior Retirement Plan Administrator
 
Matt joined PCC as a Retirement Plan Administrator in 2012.  With over six years of experience focusing on defined contribution plan administration, Matt’s experience includes non-discrimination testing, contribution calculations, preparation of government forms, plan conversions, and plan terminations.  Working through the complexities of plan administration makes his career both challenging and rewarding.  Matt enjoys being a resource for his clients in helping them achieve their retirement plan goals and keeping their plans in compliance with IRS and DOL regulations.  A graduate of St. Norbert College, Matt has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.  He is also a credentialed member of the American Society of Pension Professionals and Actuaries (ASPPA), holding both a Qualified 401(k) Administrator and a Qualified Pension Administrator designation.
Amber Zellner  |  Retirement Plan Administrator

Amber originally joined PCC as a Retirement Plan Administrator in 2015.  After stepping away from the industry for three years in 2019, she is thrilled to be back on the PCC team.  With a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, Amber is a natural fit for the complex world of retirement plan testing.  She has quickly gained the expertise needed to provide excellent support for her clients regarding all aspects of their plan design and operational compliance.  For Amber, the most rewarding part of working as a retirement plan administrator is forming strong relationships with her clients to ensure their retirement plan goals are being met.
